She cannot be politicized, since she has been nominated for different judicial positions by both the Demoncratic and Republican party. It&#39;s a shame that politics - not statesmanship -has come into the fray. Having nowhere to attack, opponents recur to perceived, unfounded biases from her time with Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund in order to attack her credibility. Racial bias coloring Supreme Court decisions? Have any of the opposing congress people ever read the Dred Scott v. Sandford or Balzac v.
