William S. Hein & Co., Inc. Honors Dan Rosati, For 30 Years of Service

July 21, 2010 marked the 30th Anniversary of Senior Vice President Daniel P. Rosati with William S. Hein & Co., Inc.  

Dan started with Hein as a contract computer programmer, coming from a position at Buffalo State College. In July of 1980, he was hired by Hein, as the “Computer Coordinator.” He was named Assistant Vice President in 1986 and later named Senior Vice President. Today, he oversees the IST, Editorial and HeinOnline Production areas.




Dan was one of the original architects of HeinOnline, moving the company from its traditional roots into the digital age. With his patience and perseverance he was able to execute the vision of Company President, Kevin Marmion, to make a digital library and together, with Scott Fiddler they created HeinOnline. 


Dan states, “I am grateful for the years I have spent at Hein, not only have I learned a great deal about business, publishing and legal libraries, but I've learned the true value of family from our owner and our president.”
